Working at Nagomi Spa as a receptionist has been an enriching experience where I handle various responsibilities to ensure a seamless guest experience. My role involves promptly answering phone calls and emails, assist with new bookings, welcoming and guiding guests through the spa facilities. Additionally, I am entrusted with managing orders and replenishing all spa amenities, contributing to the overall operational efficiency. Handling payments and promoting the sale of premium products, specifically Sothys, has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of both customer needs and product knowledge. Despite the serene atmosphere, my daily routine is dynamic and fast-paced. This position has proven to be a significant opportunity for me to delve into the world of self-care and massage, aligning perfectly with my long-standing interest in the industry.
I developed a marketing project for Nagomi Spa focused on strengthening customer loyalty and attracting new patrons to our establishment. The key initiative involved the introduction of a Fidelity Card Program designed to offer exclusive benefits and rewards to our esteemed guests. The primary objective of implementing this program at Nagomi Spa is to promote repeat business and forge lasting relationships with our customers. Through the provision of enticing rewards and incentives, we aim to cultivate a sense of loyalty, encouraging our guests to choose Nagomi Spa for their wellness needs on a consistent basis.
Recognizing the enthusiasm of our guests for post-facial care, I spearheaded the creation of informative cards as a thoughtful addition to Nagomi Spa's services. These cards offer valuable tips on continuing skincare at home, enhancing the benefits of our facial treatments. By seamlessly integrating product recommendations, particularly from our Sothys line, this initiative not only contributed to increased product sales but also heightened client satisfaction with their facial experiences. I took the initiative to enhance the client experience at Nagomi Spa by creating informative cards for each essential oil used in our Aromatherapy treatments. These cards categorize the oils into three distinct benefits: harmonizing, energizing, and relaxing. This visual aid serves as a helpful guide for our clients, empowering them to make informed choices based on their specific needs. By providing a clear overview of the properties of each oil, we aim to ensure that every guest enjoys a personalized and satisfying aromatherapy experience tailored to their preferences and well-being goals.
By incorporating images and thoughtful design elements, the new menu provides a dynamic and immersive experience, allowing clients to gain a clearer understanding of the transformative treatments awaiting them. This endeavour not only streamlines the communication of our offerings but also aligns seamlessly with Nagomi Spa's commitment to delivering a holistic and visually pleasing journey for our valued patrons.
My commitment to promoting Nagomi Spa treatments and Sothys products within the Okura Hotel led me to conceptualize and curate captivating displays. I introduced the idea of incorporating QR codes, allowing clients to easily access the spa menu online and prompting them to book appointments at the third-floor reception. Additionally, I ensured that the Sothys product showcase remained dynamic by periodically updating it to align with seasonal changes and special occasions such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. This initiative aimed to create an inviting and ever-evolving atmosphere, enticing guests to explore the diverse offerings of Nagomi Spa and indulge in premium Sothys products.
As the designated overseer of all window product displays at Okura, I have spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing our guests' experience and driving interest in our offerings. Notably, I orchestrated a comprehensive four-floor window display adjacent to our parking area, integrating elements from our range of treatments. This strategic approach serves as an enticing invitation for guests to explore our services further. Leveraging my expertise in visual merchandising, I meticulously curate displays across various key locations, including the wellness area, wellness corridor, the front of Nagomi Spa, reception, and parking area, to ensure optimal visibility and impact.

It is immensely gratifying to have contributed to an establishment that has earned such a prestigious position in the competitive spa landscape.
